Interested in Joining the MLS?
You have the flexibility to join the MLS at any time by partnering with a brokerage affiliated with a Realtor Association and its MLS. This can be easily achieved through our sister company, Capstone Realty & Associates, or through any other qualifying brokerage of your choice.
Fees?
No Membership Fee Required!
Location Constraints?
Live anywhere globally, just maintain your Florida real estate agent license by renewing with DBPR and meet continuing education requirements.
Payment Details
We can do wire transfer or send you a check in the mail. You must fill out the W-9 form when submitting a referral.
Continuing Education?
Yes, in Florida, real estate agents are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years to renew their license. If you are a new agent and this is your first renewal, it is required to complete your Post-License Education of 45 hours.
MLS and Supra Access
No, as a referral agent, you will not have MLS nor Supra access.
